Gluten Free pumpernickel soda bread – breadmaker method.

Ingredients:

  • 175g gluten free bread flour
  • 1 teaspoon bicarbonate soda
  • 50g mixed seeds
  • 5-10g caraway seeds (optional)
  • 1 egg
  • 250ml milk
  • 1 tablespoon plain yoghurt 

Method:

  • Add milk yoghurt and egg to breadmaker, use dough setting to mix
  • Add flour and soda, then seeds.
  • Switch breadmaker to cake setting.
  • Allow to run its course, wait until somewhat cooled before slicing.
